How to return an unwanted item:

If you wish to return an item that was not suitable for you, please email email us below within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

We are happy to offer a store credit for Jamcat.ie once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Jamcat cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email us below within 14 days of delivery.

Once the item has been returned and assessed and in cases of confirmed faults, a full refund and return postage costs will be reimbursed.

Handmade & Small Batch Products

Many products available at Jamcat are handmade or produced in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or detailing may occur.

These variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted products and are not considered faults.

Earrings – Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
